RETURN
We gladly accept refund requests for products with manufacturer defects, those damaged during transit, or items that don't match the website description. Please note that return requests for a change of mind will not be accepted.
To qualify for a return, the product must be in new and unused condition, and you must submit a return request within 60 days of receiving the item. After this period, returns will not be accepted.
For products with manufacturer defects, ELHIJA will provide prepaid labels at no additional cost to the customer. There is no restocking fee. To initiate a return, please send an email to ananhaf26@gmail.com with the subject "Request for Refund," including the order number and a photo illustrating the issue.
Upon approval, we will provide a return label for customers to download and print. with the recipient's name as ELHIJA.
Once the returned package is received, you will be notified via email. The time for us to receive the returned product may vary based on the shipping address. For items valued over $60, we recommend using trackable shipping or purchasing shipping insurance for added security.
